FEATURE AREA & WINDOW DISPLAY
The Feature Area is new to the Guardino Gallery. Situated in the front area where the frame shop used to be, the new Feature Area will host "Mini-shows" on a changing monthly basis. We will also be scheduling the Window as a showing area and a place for installations. April 26-May 29
.jpg "web-craig(1)") | CRAIG LEAPER will be showing his kiln formed glass pieces. Using frit and cut glass, Leaper forms sheets of opaque and transparent colors to create his art. The texture he creates is both sensual & grotesque at the same time. Leaper will be showing in both the Window and the new Feature Area. DARLENE PUCILLO will be hanging her oil paintings on the walls of the Feature Area. She paints with oils in lush color. Her "Portals" series of paintings express the idea of a spiritual journey home. They feature doorways, staircases and windows, all dramatically lit and full of something mysterious and invisible
